Projectum Management was established in 2014 by James Zilz after working for 15 years for some excellent and well respected Project Management Consultants. Now with over 20 years of experience working on some fantastic projects in a variety of sectors, he and his trusted partners are able to offer a wide range of Professional Services. Our Services

Project Management

We are primarily a Project Management Consultancy, it’s at the core of everything we do. Project Management means different things to different people and we are adaptable to provide whatever support you need to deliver your project. One size PM does not fit all!

Contract Administration

Many of our clients choose to combine Contract Administration with Project Management Services. We have experience acting as Employer’s Agent, Contract Administrator and Project Manager (NEC). We are also happy to provide an independent Contract Admin service.

Cost Management

We are able to provide Cost Management Reporting services and when supported by our trusted partners can offer a full RICS Cost Management and Quantity Surveyor service. We are focused on value for money and in many cases we save our clients more than our fee value in capital costs.

Risk Management

We find Risk Management is often just paid lip service to, but there is little point spending the time to identify and assess project risks and opportunities if you don’t then actively manage them. We can offer this service as a bolt-on to our Project Management service or a stand alone service. We can also provide an independent Risk Workshop Facilitator.
